These programs also include subject matter such as Grade Reading, Grade Stakes, Laser Levels, Site Plans, Site Layout, Soils, and Safety. Heavy Equipment Operator Programs are comprehensive, industry developed, and nationally recognized by employers in the construction, and excavation industries. Students are taught to operate heavy equipment through in-the-seat operation of many types of heavy equipment and through classroom instruction.


Department of Veterans Affairs administers a variety of education benefit programs. Many Veterans and active duty personnel can qualify for more than one education benefits program. Post 9/11 GI Bill Benefit Schools - Post 9/11 GI Bill benefits for education and housing and the GI Bill.

This training prepares an individual to understand the hazards involved in operating specific equipment. Course includes in-classroom and hands-on training for Forklifts. Responsibilities as a user and operator, Conducting a pre-start inspection, Conducting a work-place inspection, Various types of equipment, Preventing accidents and identifying hazards in operation.
